DRR , Overall and Whats to come
BRONZE MEDAL WINNERS IN THE DRR AND OVERALL
we raced downriver about 13 km, 25 rapids and 33 degrees celcius, it was a floating start , to afraid of hitting the startline before the beep, we ended up last in the pack down the first rapid. We passed Russia but never cought up with NZ and the Czechs. All honor to the NZ and Czeck women.
The closing sermony was a slip and slide experience as the heavy rains made the whole area into a mudparty, but recieving medals twice that evening and seeing the Norwegian flag beeing raised was amazing. We are proud to have completed this championship and thank everyone for their superb support:-)
We are now starting to prepare for the next phase of this team: we will aim for attending the European Championship R4 in Slovenia in may, then World Championship R4 in Wada/Dubai- and then our main goal in defending our gold medal in H2H in Japan 2017
we are overwhelmed by the response in our followers throughout this event and we hope you stay with us in into next year and beyond.
again- thank you- each and every one of you
